The Gecko GK-800 is a light weight and manageable machine. Its unique swing-away feature allows you to rotate the upper heat platen 360 degrees around. By moving the heating element aside and reducing the chance of accidentally contacting the area of heat distribution, you can work more freely with your garments and transfers on the base plate. Unlike the traditional clamshell heat press machines, the GK-800 applies direct top-to-bottom pressure providing even contact with the surface below. Its industrial strength and durability allows for long-term use; making it a great investment with exceptional value amongst its competitors. The GK-800 has a built-in Non-Stick coated 12"x9" heat platen with a full range of heating coils to allow for consistency throughout its surface. It is capable of applying all types of heat transfer materials onto garments of up to 5/8". The digital timer control is adjustable up to 999 seconds. The GK-800 also features a digital temperature gauge ranging from 0 - 599ºF. The manual open and close handle is easy to operate and can be adjusted with the pressure knob at the rear of the machine. All Gecko heat transfer machines are CE certified and come with a limited warranty and parts replacement coverage.
